Integrity Financial Planners Online Questionnaire
Integrity’s original financial planning questionnaire was a four page form with hundreds of questions. The form also helps Integrity from the administrative side since all the data comes straight to the appropriate individual in electronic format. They no longer have to manually enter client responses and archive paper documents. All around this project was a great way to help a client move one step closer to becoming paperless.
